ALBUM PREFACE
Due to the lack of free time, it takes me years to create a new record. The reason for this is mostly my work ethic. When an idea becomes developed enough, I do a one-take recording after a practicing period. In case of most songs, we record the video as well at the same time. The first songs for this album were written in 2017. The basics of the first 3 compositions were worked out together with my friend Ádám Miski, and I wrote the rest myself. In the beginning, my goal was simply to create an instrumental-fusion music album that combines electronic effects. I have to point out at the very beginning that this is not a continuation of the previous “Wondrous Stag” album. It is quite different in terms of the message and the musical style.
In recent years, I have collected improvisational ideas inspired by the programmed rhythms of modern electronic music. I made the rhythmic foundations of these songs using some of these ideas.
What the “scary” Global Warning title means is the other side of the concept. Visuals are made for the concerts, most of them contain a series of images that consciously covers a particular topic. I have only highlighted a few topics of the many current ones. Commonalities that almost all people know and experience. Phenomena against which humanity is powerless for the time being.
Since I am neither a sage nor a scientist or a climatic guru on any of the topics involved, I just collected some of the observations and I would like to release them from my mind onto this album. In the booklet, I tried to refer to these without scientific over-twisting. On the one hand, it is useful for me too, because - even superficially - I immersed myself in the study of certain phenomena seen today and I have put my views of the world to the right place. As I get older, I feel it’s more and more important not to make my records just because I like to play drums and write music. Instrumental underground genres don’t have too many fans basically and I don’t think that the G.W. record will stand out on the sales charts, but I feel a sense of duty to have a specific message encoded in these songs as well, which may find more understanding ears than the music itself. In my opinion, one of the tasks of artists like authors, actors, and musicians is to facilitate the action in any era where change can be an important key to human survival.
Thanks to all the contributors, guest musicians, and all the guys who were responsible for the audio and video parts of the album. I am especially grateful to Tamás Tóth, who recently passed away, who made the first video clips. (O.Z. 01-09-2021)

RISE AND FALL
Easter Island, Mayans, Harappa, Cahokia, Khmer Empire...
Man have been founding civilizations for thousands of years. The primary reasons for this are comfort, protection, and making life simpler and safer. Current coexistence systems work perhaps the best so far in these aspects. Each new civilization, learning from the experiences of previous ages, continues to polish and moves towards a particular direction. Our current social and state management systems are extremely complex and therefore the whole itself is not easily understandable. People can see the connections only within it’s small segments. Once people see and understand the error in some segments, it leads to further complexity. For this the orderliness is constantly changing. The further you segment it, the more likely you are to get into insignificant details instead of focusing on the simple basics. If there is a need to change it starting from the basics, you can not do it in case if the system is too difficult. Just as every civilization had a birth, so did its demise. There have already been examples of the collapse of cultures due to overpopulation, changes in weather conditions due to the destruction of the living environment, hostility amongst people and epidemics. One day the end will come for our world, its not a question. But when and why will it happen? This depends on the masses of people and the series of decisions made by our leaders.
